Nepalese palm-shaped paper fans made from fibres from the evergreen lokta plant, which grows in abundance in the forests and regenerates to a fully grown plant in just over five years. With pleats and perforations for the light to shine through. On a cotton string, with a hanging loop at the top and small gold-tone metal bells at the end. Handmade by artisans in the Kathmandu valleys of Nepal. Packaged in a small box also made from Nepalese lokta papers.
