Striped and dotted Nepalese paper rosettes made from fibres from the evergreen lokta plant, which grows in abundance in the forests and regenerates to a fully grown plant in just over five years. On a cotton string, with small gold-tone metal bells at one end and a hanging loop at the other. Handmade by artisans in the Kathmandu valleys of Nepal. Packaged in a small box also made from Nepalese lokta papers.
