TOAST Post Pass Terms & Conditions
- The TOAST Post Pass (payable in AUD) is available for delivery addresses within Australia or New Zealand. No other delivery addresses are eligible for the TOAST Post Pass.
- When you purchase a TOAST Post Pass your subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- The TOAST Post Pass gives one person unlimited free express delivery to Australia or New Zealand during the period of validity.
- Returns incur a fee and do not form part of the TOAST Post Pass. Returns from Australia are charged at a flat rate of AUD 35 and returns from New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of AUD 45 for each return parcel.
- The TOAST Post Pass can only be used for online orders at toa.st and cannot be used for purchases made in TOAST Shops in the UK, US or through our call centre.
- You need a registered TOAST customer account to subscribe.
- You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of issue by emailing contact@toa.st and you will receive a refund of the fee - providing you have not placed an order using the subscription, in which case no refund will be due.
- Your TOAST Post Pass becomes non-refundable after 14 days.
- The TOAST Post Pass is for personal use only and is not available for customers who purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you use the TOAST Post Pass in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your subscription and no refund will be given.
- TOAST reserves the right to accept or refuse subscription and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. You will be informed of any significant changes.
- All other TOAST terms and conditions apply.
