Delivery to New Zealand: AUD 45 (free on full price orders over AUD 700)
Delivery to Rest of World Zone A: AUD 40
Delivery to Rest of World Zone B: AUD 55

Delivered by DHL with online tracking.

PLEASE NOTE:
Import duties and local sales tax may be payable on receipt of your order, determined by the items you are ordering and the total value of your order.

Option (after dispatch) to change delivery day, redirect to a neighbour or collect from a DHL ServicePoint. 

All deliveries will require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days. In some cases, local customs can introduce delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order with DHL.

During sale periods we receive a high volume of orders which may impact our usual delivery timings. We apologise if any inconvenience is caused.

TOAST cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
