Supply of Goods

TOAST product is available to purchase on the official website www.toa.st, in TOAST standalone shops, in selected John Lewis shops in the UK and in selected international stockists. We do not sell via any other retailers and caution should be taken if product is displayed in locations other than those stated above.

Sadly, at times there are third parties who claim to be selling discounted TOAST product, which could turn out to be counterfeit goods. If you think you have purchased counterfeit goods from a source that is not stated above you can:

• Contact the seller for a refund.
• If you paid by credit card you may be able to get a partial or full refund from your bank.
• Contact your local trading standards office with full details of your transaction: gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights
• Please also notify us. Although we cannot compensate for purchases of counterfeit goods, we can help investigate the source to remove references to TOAST product.
