Concertina Petal Paper Garland

Garland crafted in India from recycled cotton rag paper. Pleated petals of differing sizes on jute string, finished with a paper bead at both ends. For draping around the house or winding down the table. Founded in 1993, the small family-run factory supports deaf and blind artisans and ensures any scraps of paper are recycled.
