Small mug crafted by ceramicist Fern Taylor in her South London studio. Her hand-built work demonstrates the Japanese technique of Nerikomi. Created by combining and layering different coloured clays, then slicing through them to reveal a unique grid pattern that varies from piece to piece.

Each ceramic piece has been thrown or pressed and glazed by hand. Due to the handmade nature, there may be pleasing variations and irregularities in colour, size and shape.
