Colour-block rosette garland handmade by artisans in the Kathmandu valleys of Nepal from lokta paper. The lokta plant grows in abundance in the forests and regenerates to a fully grown plant in just over five years. On a cotton string, with small gold-tone metal bells at one end and a hanging loop at the other.
